ನವದೆಹಲಿ : ಗುಜರಾತ್ನ ಗೋಧ್ರಾ ನರಮೇಧ ನಂತರದ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎಸ್ಐಟಿ(ವಿಶೇಷ ತನಿಖಾ ತಂಡ) ಕ್ಲೀನ್ ಚಿಟ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಗೋಧ್ರಾ ನರಮೇಧ ನಂತರ ನಡೆದ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದ ಎಸ್ಐಟಿ ಅಂದಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕ್ಲೀನ್ ಚಿಟ್ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಕ್ಲೀನ್ ಚಿಟ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರದ ವೇಳೆ ಹತ್ಯೆಗೀಡಾದ ಸಂಸದ ಇಸಾನ್ ಜಫ್ರಿ ಅವರ ಪತ್ನಿ ಜಾಕಿಯಾ ಜಫ್ರಿ ತಕರಾರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳಾದ ಎ.ಎಂ.ಖನ್ವಿಲ್ಕರ್, ದಿನೇಶ್ ಮಹೇಶ್ವರಿ, ಸಿಟಿ ರವಿಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರಿದ್ಧ ಪೀಠ ಇಂದು ತೀರ್ಪು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿತು. ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಎಸ್ಐಟಿ ಕ್ಲೀನ್ ಚಿಟ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ಹಿಡಿದ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿಗೆ  ಯಾವುದೇ ಅರ್ಹತೆಯಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟು ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸಿತು.
