ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪಗೆ ಬೀಸೋ ದೊಣ್ಣೆಯಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತಾ ‘ಕಟೀಲ್ ಆಡಿಯೋ’?

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಗೊಂದಲದ ಗೂಡಾಗಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಆಡಿಯೋ ಬಾಂಬ್ ತಲ್ಲಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ನಳೀನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಅವರ ಧ್ವನಿ ಇರುವ ಈ ಆಡಿಯೋ ನಿಜವೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಎಸ್ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕುರ್ಚಿ ಅಲುಗಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಬಹಳ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ತೋರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಆಡಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಾತೃ ಭಾಷೆ ತುಳುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಾಮಿಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ತರ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯಾಗುವ ಸುಳಿವು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಸಿಎಂ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಈ ಆಡಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿರುವ ನಳೀನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕಟೀಲ್, ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಯಕರಾದ ಕೆಎಸ್ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ, ಜಗದೀಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟರ್ ಅವರ ಕಾಲ ಅಂತ್ಯವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಪರೋಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಈ ಆಡಿಯೋವನ್ನು ನಕಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು, ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ಸಿಎಂ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೇನೇ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಈ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯು ಪಕ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಬಿರುಕನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿರುವುದಂತೂ ನಿಜ.
ಸಿಎಂ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟೂಬಿಡದಂತೆ ಹರಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹೊತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ದಿನದ ಹಿಂದಷ್ಟೇ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಪಿಎಂ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರನ್ನ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಂದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಸಿಎಂ ಕುರ್ಚಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಪಾಯ ಇಲ್ಲ. ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಕೂಡ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಕೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಆದರೆ, ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಪಾಳಯದವರು ಈಗಲೂ ಸಿಎಂ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಈಗಲೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಜುಲೈ 26ರಂದು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಸಿಎಂ ಆಗಿ 2 ವರ್ಷವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದಾದ ಬಳಿಕ ಅವರನ್ನ ಕೆಳಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರುಗಳು ಮಾತನಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪುಷ್ಟಿ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪರನ್ನ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆಂಬ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಹರಿದಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ದಿಲ್ಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರು ದಿವ್ಯ ಮೌನ ವಹಿಸಿರುವುದು ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯ.
ಇನ್ನು, ಪ್ರಬಲ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತ ನಾಯಕರಾದ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಈಗಲೂ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಜನಪ್ರಿಯತೆ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪಕ್ಷದ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಶಾಸಕರು ಬಿಎಸ್ವೈ ಬೆನ್ನಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವಿಚಾರಗಳು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಾ ಕವಚವಾಗಿವೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಕೂಡ ಏನೂ ಮಾಡದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನ ಕೆಳಗಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದಾಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿ ವರ್ಚಸ್ಸು ಮತ್ತು ಬಲವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಕುರ್ಚಿ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ನಳೀನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಅವರ ಆಡಿಯೋ ಪ್ರಕರಣವು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯೊಳಗಿನ ವೈಷಮ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಆಡಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಧ್ವನಿ ತಮ್ಮದಲ್ಲ ಎಂದುಕಟೀಲ್ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಬಿಎಸ್ವೈ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಅವರೇ ಈ ಆಡಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿರುವುದು ಎಂದು ನಂಬಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅತ್ತ, ನ್ಯೂಸ್18 ಕನ್ನಡದ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು, ಆಡಳಿತ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ತರಲು ಯಾರೋ ಸಂಚು ಮಾಡಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಧ್ವನಿಯನ್ನ ನಕಲು ಮಾಡಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದು ತನ್ನ ದನಿಯಲ್ಲ. ಕೂಡಲೇ ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನಿಖೆ ಆಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಲೀಕ್ ಆಗಿರುವ ಈ ಆಡಿಯೋ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಅವರನ್ನ ಬಹಳ ಮುಜುಗರಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವುದು ಹೌದು.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಬಿಎಲ್ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಟಿ ರವಿ ಅವರು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು, 2023ರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಯಕತ್ವಗೆ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಬಿಎಸ್ವೈ ಪಾಳಯದವರ ಶಂಕೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ಸಿಎಂ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಲ್ಹಾದ್ ಜೋಷಿ, ಸಿ.ಟಿ. ರವಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಎಲ್ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನ ಕೆಲವರು ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಬಿಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದೂ ತೋರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂರೂ ನಾಯಕರೂ ಕೂಡ ತಾವು ಸಿಎಂ ಸ್ಥಾನದ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬದ್ಧ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕೆಲ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಕರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಈಗ ಲೀಕ್ ಆಗಿರುವ ಆಡಿಯೋ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪಗೆ ವರದಾನವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಣಿಮಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಈ ಆಡಿಯೋವನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು, ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಭದ್ರಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಬಹುದು.ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತ ಸಮುದಾಯ ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಬಹಳ ಪ್ರಬಲವಾಗಿರುವ ಜಾತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಬಹಳ ಕಷ್ಟಕರ. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಓಲೈಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡದೇ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅವರು ಅಷ್ಟು ಸುಲಭಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಡುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಜುಲೈ 26ರ ನಂತರ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನ ಕೆಳಗಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ವರಿಷ್ಠರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಆಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಈಗ ಸೋರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಆಡಿಯೋ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪಗೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶವನ್ನಂತೂ ನೀಡಬಲ್ಲುದು.
